Pour coconut water into the blender first — this helps the blades move freely and prevents air pockets.
Add spinach, spirulina, frozen pineapple, frozen banana, ginger, and lime juice.
Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until completely smooth and vibrant green. Add a splash more coconut water if too thick.
Pour into a glass and drink straight away for maximum nutrient retention.
